    We are doing this with an eMac also and that computer seems to do fine. It’s bus speed is a bit higher though..

    What about these differences between burneres like DVD-R vers DVD+R? I need to burn DVD’s that will play in average consumer level DVD players….

    so far the blame is on me..ugh.
    is there any way that the color temp could have been affected other than with a filter?
    (probably not, huh?)

    The director of the film is making markers on clips in a seperate project file from the one that the editor is editing in. I am helping the editor orginize around this situation. We want to avoid the possibility of the director accidently affecting the edited version…Do you see what I mean? Once the director is done commenting on clips, we wnat to be able to import those markers with their comments so that we can use them for editing….

    There are 2 projects with identical clips. One of the projects is being used to mark these clips as well as add comments, labels, ect, the second is being used to actually edit. The question was, and I think the answer we’ve reached is no, that there is no way to export those markers and import them. I know I can export and import a batch list, but that doesn’t as far as I know, include my marker settings…
