Do you know if they are using AVX 1.5 or AVX 2 versions of the plug-ins?
Do you know if you have both versions installed?
If you park on an effect and open the effect editor can you promote the effect? There should be a button for promoting to advanced key frames, does this show up?

The button you are talking about should be in the filter controls.
The first things you need to look at is the graphics card model, OS version, and processor in the machine.
Post this information and I may be able to tell you why you are seeing this.

As of right now using V1 is the only workaround I know of. I’ll keep you posted.

Try un-rendering the clip, moving it up to the V1 track, then render it there…does it work in the V1 track?

Are you creating and rendering in the bin or on the time line?
Try creating the Time FX Clip, cutting it to the V1 track and then rendering.

Check the driver version on the machine now. To do so Right click the desktop and choose properties, go to the settings window and choose advanced and then go to the adapter tab and choose properties, on the new window go to the adapter tab and it should give you the driver version.

The supported ATI driver is going to be v. 9.1.
You will first want to make sure that is the driver you are running for the card.
