You can warp stabilize your clip and then nest and apply the speed effect.

If you have your clips mane numbered in the way you want, than you can use a “clip name ” effect (you can find it under effects>video) and apply to the clips direr or on a adjustment layer (in this case remember to change the source track from none to the track where the clip exists)

I have open the xml with a text editor and It seems that you have exported only one clip, try re-export the fcpX timeline.

it aeems you are loking for duplicate frame? go to timeline menù and check dupe detection.
