Glitchy playback with CC MacBook Pro Retina and 4K Prores sequence.
I’m having various playback problems and crashes working on a 4K prores 422 sequence. Getting weird 80’s video game glitches and a lot of crashes. Connected to 1080 tv with HDMI. Using latest Premiere CC.
Here’s a photo of what I’m dealing with. I hope my computer isn’t shot!

It s seems to be a graphic card issue. What is your macbook pro retna specs?

I’ve just switched from CUDA to Open CL and haven’t had an issue in the half hour. Maybe that’s it, maybe I’m just lucky right now.

Hi Mark,
This is a known issue with Mac’s and NVIDIA hardware/software. Please refer to these links below for more info. Best option for now is to work in OpenCL mode or take a chance in CUDA as sometimes the issue does not surface. Also look into the Apple recall. Sorry for troubles!
