Quickly numbering each clip in a sequence?
I need to number each individual clip on my timeline (so that someone else with can weigh in on the clip selection). Last time I did this, it was a very manual and long process of creating a separate text layer for each number / clip. Is there a more automatic / faster way to achieve this? Any suggestions would be very appreciated! Thanks!

If you have your clips mane numbered in the way you want, than you can use a “clip name ” effect (you can find it under effects>video) and apply to the clips direr or on a adjustment layer (in this case remember to change the source track from none to the track where the clip exists)

Why not export a proxy with time code overlayed?
then they can refer to the point in time where they want to change…
you can do this via export and enable in the effects tab.
no mods of your timeline or media necessary….
or if you are exporting a references of all you sources….they can still identify it by the timecode and you can match frame from your time line or reveal in project quickly access the shot….
