It doesn’t work that way. But you can send your FCP clips to a new Motion project, then import your existing Motion project with the graphics into that new project.
Or, import your Motion project directly into FCP if you just need to place it over your video clips – no need to render a QT.What you probably want, though, is Motion 5 and FCP X where you can have your Motion project saved as an effect right inside FCP X.

Yes, you can absolutely save your text formatting, style, or both. In the Text Inspector, in the Style pane, click the presets pop-up menu – from there you can choose what you want to save.
Your new style will be available in this list, and also available in the Library in the Text Styles categories, from where you can simply drag it onto your text layer in the Canvas.
Alternatively, you can drag your styled text layer from the Layers list to the Favorites folder in the Library, which will save the entire text layer. You can then add the full layer to any project.

In the Keyframe editor, click the Animation menu for the parameter, and choose After Last Keyframe > Repeat.

The Stencil Alpha blend mode will restrict the layer it’s applied to based on the alpha channel of the layer underneath.

Sure. Put the two layers in a group, and set the group’s blend mode to Normal.

You can create it with MacOSaiX but difficult to then break it up in Motion without jumping through a lot o hoops (you need to use a process Patrick Sheffield shows in his Motion book). In After Effects its easy to break up and animate using the Shatter effect. No such effect in Motion unfortunately.

Yes just edit the gradient editor so that it has two yellow tags and two blue tags. Move the inside blue tag very close to the inside yellow tag to create a sharp transition between the two.
