OK that worked. I actually did an uninstall and just copied shortcuts from cs5.5. It seems to be working that way. Thanks. Please advise Matt of this. Also thank Matt for his prompt response.

Yep it bombed!!!Make PI3 inoperable. Went to get new activation code and that doesn’t work either. Please advise. Pretty frustrated right now. Geez

Thank you. I have figured it out. Great product. I was unable to fully open Dirk’s Webinar Media Files in AECS5. It will only load to 79%? I have a Quadro FX 1500 Graphics Card, Windows 7 64 bit. Any ideas. I would love the files so I can continue to improve. Thanks.

Thanks Alan, downloaded Codec Sniper…but not sure what the name of the panasonic codec is…do you? thanks for your help

I have the same issue which I posted before. Any help would be appreciated. I am currently using my older version of PI without this issue. Thanks again…love the product
