Thanks for the response John. Yeah, the more research I am doing, the more I think the 270x might be a better choice.

    Thanks for the input!

Thanks for the response, Lars! Your needs are very similar to mine. I too am using a GH4 and also an FZ1000. I was hoping to not have to build a new system, but use my current one for another year or so if possible. But…I am using an AMD CPU, and a slightly cheaper mobo (ASUS M5 A97 R2.0). Hopefully that won’t nider me too much!

Thats what I did. I spoke with an Adobe phone rep who said yes I will be able to get the free upgrade to CS3 when it comes out and save the $100.

    Ed is correct.

I am sending a DVD that has been authored in NTSC over to the UK and Sweden. It has been authored to play in all regions. So I was simply wondering if it would be playable if I send it as is, or if there is a need to author a separate PAL version.

I think I will leave it as is as I have read elsewhere as well that NTSC DVD’s will play fine in PAL machines and TV’s.

    Thanks for your help guys.

You will need a third party plugin or conversion program. Premiere Pro does not directly export to swf or flv.
