Is the timeline missing from your auto-saved projects too?

Use the ‘transform’ effect instead of the default motion effect to resize and put it after the other effects in the stack.

    Alan,

If you’re on a Mac you could use Flip4Mac. It’s been a lifesaver on the occasions where I need to deal with WMV files.

    Terry,

This reminds me of a show I worked on at our campus PBS station in the late 70’s. We needed an overhead shot, but it’s a little tough to rig a 70’s era studio camera from the light grid. We mounted a mirror on the grid and tilted it so that one of the studio cameras could tilt up and get the shot.

April 29, 2013 at 2:49 pm in reply to: Adding Digital Camera Shake Professional Look?

Try taking a shot that has the look you want and use AE to stabilize it. Cut the keyframes generated and paste them into the shot you want to ‘shake’. You’ll have to scale the shot up a bit to get rid of the movement around the edges.

I had 1 news director that I worked with that referred to it as an ‘insert’, everyone else called it an ‘OTS’ (Over The Shoulder).

    Omar,

I have an XF100 and the files work fine on my Mac copy of CS6. It helps to bring the files in through the file browser instead of trying to drag & drop them through the finder.
