    I had the same problem and this has worked for me:

    Open the terminal program (Applications>Utilities>terminal)
    Type in the following:

    sudo pmset -a spindown 0

    Try using the motion stabilize filter on a handheld shot then apply the keyframes that are generated to the shot you want to shake. You’ll need to scale the size of the frame up a little to cover up the ratty edges.

    If your logo is on it’s own layer, just select it in the project window. The size of the layer you just selected is shown at the top of the project window next to the thumbnail image of the layer.
