The template I used for Sony AVC was: Blue Ray 1920×1080-60i-16mbs video stream.
I also rendered it as Main Concept AVC/AAC(.MP4) DEFAULT TEMPLATE and it imported it into Architect just fine. Do you know if that is a lower quality?
I think someone or you said that Sony AVC was the best, so I would like to get it working again.

Even for bluray…. I rendered before with avc and it worked fine, but it was a much smaller file (video was 13 min). Will mepeg2 give me as good results?

I am having the same problems with the no information message… any help. I have not installed anything new other than a hard drive.

I just wanted to let everyone know I figured it out myself. I use DVfilm raylight plug in to import Panasonic files. In that plug in I had accidently checked the option of displaying the time code.
So thanks for everyone who has responded to my postings about various vegas issues. You all are great, and it is so nice to know of such a knowlede bank out there ready to help!

John, Your tutorial was great and I am up and running… Thanks so much…. but can you also tell me if there is a way to identify what all the buttons do or can I customize them?
Also the shuttle dial moves the cursor on the time line but very slowly is there any way to increase the speed?
