(heh I just sussed sitruc ….) I spent the night reading about mobi sites but didn’t really get much hardcore XTML stuff.
Im planning to start off from scratch with a redirect.php and a print hello world; page.
    may I ask you;

Whats a good place to lurk around to pick up knowledge to create an iPhone/Blackberry friendly video delivery section of my site?

I’m tempted to go for youtube (with all privacy settings on) but it seems such a cop out and there is probably a no commercial use blah in there somewhere.
    cheers

Heh thanks Curtis – whenever I have a query it seems you have posted an answer on it!
After finding (what I presume is your great work on) the mobi Cow site I am inspired to start “mobifying” my site too.
    regards

Maybe my first post is still valid – I want more info 🙂
Does anyone know where this info can be found – I spent ages trawling the google site help to no avail?

    cheers

    Thanks Jeff
So there is no indexing or hidden magic for Os X search…

Just so its clear – the file is not “inside” an aplication, in this example my Poser application has a standard folder (and many subs) within the Apps folder, ie: visible in the finder.

    Computer>ComputerHD>Apps>Poser>Runtime>Textures>DNA>Traveller>myfile.jpg

Is it still the case that things will be hidden?

On inquiring to Red Giant I received this reply Jun 13, they have always made the right noises but time rolls on:

We recently released Image Lounge and Composite Wizard CS3 support for Windows operating systems but the Mac Intel versions are still being worked on. I would recommend signing up for our newsletter which will keep you up-to-date with release dates since sometimes I’m one of the last people to be informed. There is a small place to sign-up for the newsletter in the lower right side of:www.redgiantsoftware.com

    Thanks

Just being nosey: would you care to take a wild guess at what the programming costs might be?
My naieve estimate is <$400K over six months.

Red Giant reckon they are in contact with “engineers”
Only a guess but I personally reckon it will be bundled into adobe – like yourselves.

nice one 🙂 I was just on Cycore site looking for further tips and I hadn’t notced that CS3 was trying to help with missing plugs – great new feature.

btw do you hear any insider news re image lounge? – its stopped us from being able to use intel macs (legacy work again).

    cheers
