make the elements as vectors on seperate layers in illustrator and import
or if you have good vector skills you could make that with layer solids and vector masks

Use the growing vines tutorial, and apply the concept to a logo instead of vines.

  • It’s not your job description that determines it, if it is designated a union shop you have no choice but to join the union.

Generally only a few support staff like secretaries and production assistants as well as management are exempt from being union members. If you are a temporary worker they usually have a union permit form that you fill out and they give you temporary or daily status. I had a job that they gave me union status on a day to day basis when I worked at the union shop. They deducted a small union fee from my check. After a certain amount of days worked they waived the fee for the rest of the year.

Getting in the animators union is a good thing. It means $ per frame for you rather than pennies.

The words FREE and DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT don’t go together.

I wonder if anyone has done the completely ironic and pirated DRM software tools.

Easy to do poorly, expensive and time consuming to do properly.

If you don’t even have access to a proper equipment don’t attempt it unless you are prepared to be dissapointed.

The drummer has to have a drum kit. I mean you can’t be in a band if you have no instrument.

render out your AE footage to a movie
bring that into C4D as a backbround
animate your 3d model TV to match.
turn off the background and render out as a movie or image sequence with an alpha channel.
if you need Z depth for 3d fog etc you can render out as an rpf image sequence.
