No. The program opens but nothing in the file imports, even if I create a new project and import it. I just tried it on my wife’s laptop and it imports fine, but her computer has very little ram compared to mine. But that does mean it’s not my file but something on my computer. I’ve reinstalled creative cloud, but already I’m getting a crash on After Effects but I don’t know how to explain what it’s saying. However, it did say something about <5> BEE_WorkQueue_PreCloseProject end but I’m not sure if that was in relation to that file or just crashing.

Thanks so much for your help. In case anyone else has this problem,
I updated the Black Magic drivers but that alone didn’t work. I had to uninstall
and then reinstall them for the latest After Effects to see them.

It seems that displays>system preferences doesn’t recognize my
monitor and I have mirroring options turned off. I have an ATI Radeon
HD 5770 card. The monitor is HP so I can’t download any drivers.
It works with all prior versions of AE… should I try to find a different
cable besides HDMI?

I have an apple cinema HD display and an HP 2311x so I can just look at
the window full screen separately. I had it connected with HDMI cable from
monitor to the computer. I have an ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphics card.
This worked perfectly before, but now it doesn’t work. Do I have to go through
the firewire on the mac? The monitor has a few other cables but none that
go through firewire.
