    Hello Hp

I contacted Panasonic and they said to send to them for repair or return to Best Buy. I returned and ordered another GH5. I would suggest at this point to install firmware 2.0 not 2.1 until more people update to 2.1 and any bugs are worked out.

  • I just updated the latest version of Photoshop 2017 and the refine edge tool is just smudging and pixelating.. It is not doing what its supposed to do. Thoughts? Thanks.

  • Thanks for your reply and suggestions. I was running the latest version of CC 2017 before the last update., OS 10.12.2. There were 2 problems that happened. First when loading media it would never finish. When I cancelled, I manually tried to link assorted clips. I then discovered….and I can’t understand how this happened…media that was on my drive had vanished!! …There were pek files where the original media was. What the hell. I luckily had the media on a backup drive.
I deleted all the folders on the corrupted??? drive.. reformatted and then copied back over to that drive…I needed to use that drive because of its speed. Have you ever heard of media vanishing like that. In all my years of editing thats a first.

    Hello Mary

I am just learning Mocha Ae. I just tracked a moving laptop…. copied to my clipboard and pasted
the data to a jpeg in ae. You can see the data keyframes in the transform and corner pin effects but
after I paste the data the jpeg disappears from my screen. Why is this happening? Thanks.

Wolf I know this sounds crazy and maybe you tried this already but changing the renderer in
project settings to software only seems to have fixed my choppy playback for the most part.

Thanks Kevin for getting back to me. As it turns out my playback issues and plug-in issues
were somewhat resolved by changing my renderer to Software. However now it plays ok for
a few minutes and then the video starts to freeze or the program monitor goes black. I edit
for a few minutes and then reboot ….edit….reboot. This is so frustrating!! How is it that
movies and tv shows are edited on PP and I am having these problems with my 4K video?

  • Had the same problem with the encoder. Try setting the renderer to Merc Playback Engine software only.
That fixed my problem. Good Luck.
