Maybe these two tutorials will help you out:
https://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_tips_e/ae50_e.html
(This is the mosaic part, if you search the archive, surely will find discussion about it). This one is based on an other Ayato tutor, but much more detailed (the grid thing):

U can use Shatter to blow things, and the simplest method is to set your text layer as a gradient. The rest is up to you. 🙂

Bad news. You must create those noises by yourself, and I wouldn’t recommend to do this with(in) AE.
Render your animation to a movie file, and use it as a visual guide to create the audio effects in an audio application which supports video files (Sound Forge, Vegas, etc.)
When you’re done, import the audio back into AE, and you’re done.HTH

It’s there. AFAIR it’s on disk 5 where Brian Maffit explains his own Card Dance plugin.

Yes, but haven’t installed yet (I was a long time CorelDraw user… and yet more familiar with that.)
I’ll check Illustrator.
BTW: there are a lot of free Quark templates on the Net. Is is possible to convert them to Indesign CS?Thanks!

I tried it once, so here’s what I can recall now:
I created the logo (less than 8 characters, because Invigorator can handle 8 sets) in illustrator on different layers, saved as Illustrator legacy, then opened in Invig. You must make it this way, because when you simply type in your logo text, it will become one set.
Then assigned the characters to sets, and rotated the first set around the Y axis. Then copied the keyframes to the other sets, and the first part was done.
I’m not in front of my machine right now, so I have to check these steps at home.I’ll be back! 🙂
Correct me if I’m wrong!
