I would like some text look like it’s getting blown away by the wind.

Can anyone tell me how to or where to find a tutorial?

I have the Total Training After Effects 6 Training DVD’s but can’t find it in there.

It’s there. AFAIR it’s on disk 5 where Brian Maffit explains his own Card Dance plugin.
