You can create your own ProRes presets via the QuickTime option in Transcode. You can also import them from your AME Documents folder.

I’ve heard complaints about this in environments where you have to switch speaker outputs back in forth, like editing in cube farms (which honestly should be outlawed). Sorry for the frustration, but I think you’ll have to deal with the issue in an alternative way than what you’re used to.

Seems to be an issue when you have certain audio effects applied. Either track effects or clip effects can trigger it. We have a bug filed. Please file your issues here: https://adobe.ly/ReportBug

October 20, 2015 at 7:01 pm in reply to: Premiere CC15 Constant Freezing, Requires Full RestartHi Eli,
Check your Adobe folder permissions: https://blogs.adobe.com/kevinmonahan/2014/09/10/premiere-pro-cc-freezing-on-startup-or-crashing-while-working-mac-os-x-10-9-and-later/I thought one of Premiere’s specialty was supposedly being able to handle multiple formats?
I don’t think it’s a bad idea to transcode Long GOP formats, especially if you’ve got a computer that may not be very powerful or your current workflow has too many problems.
Be wary of CUDA processing, in fact, OpenCL is more stable. Running GPU intensive programs at the same time as Premiere Pro can be problematic. Spotify and Chrome are examples of apps you need to keep closed.
Best of luck,

Hi Charlie,
[Charlie Austin] “Yes, Premiere gives you visual, numerical, and linear controls for key framing. All easily accessible. “
Beyond that, Premiere Pro has different keyframe interpolations: Ease In, Ease Out, Linear, Bezier, Auto Bezier, Continuous Bezier, and Hold.
More info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/controlling-effect-changes-using-keyframe.html
And here: https://www.premiumbeat.com/blog/keyframe-tips-and-tricks-in-premiere-pro/
Just so you know your options.
