(11) Captioning Expense in Excess of 2% of Gross Revenues. No video programming provider shall be required to expend any money to caption any video programming if such expenditure would exceed 2% of the gross revenues received from that channel during the previous calendar year.
(12) Channels Producing Revenues of Under $3,000,000. No video programming provider shall be required to expend any money to caption any channel of video programming producing annual gross revenues of less than $3,000,000 during the previous calendar year other than the obligation to pass through video programming already captioned when received pursuant to paragraph (c) of this section.
Theere may be an exemption for you but not the station you air on. They (the station) may require you to provide the captioning.

When making a back focus adjustment ALWAYS open the lens iris wide open. Use nd filter to
get a lower light level for proper exposure. (makes focusing more critical which is what you want)KB

DVCPRO25 is a different type of tape and is not compatible with DV, Mini DV, or DVCam recorders. The data is the same (DV) but not the physical tape.
DV and DVCAM are metal evaporated tape and DVCPro is metal oxide. Tape shells are different also.KB

Under no cicumstances should you use a BNC-T connector (double termination would result in geting a low signal to both monitors. Get a component DA or use a patch panel.

What version of FCP and what size are the titles you a trying to use?KB

Possibly the bit rate for the video is to high for some of the players?

You should be able to contact a bonding agent that that chages a fee for the bond. Like Insurance.
You then don’t have to put up the whole bond amount. You get nothing back but costs much less.
Carnet bonds are normally held for several months past your return date.KB
