Use Panasonic AY-DVM83MQ tapes fpr 83 min of recording time. They have worked well for me. Yor other approach is good also. Combined withe 83 min tapes you should do okay.

Not sure about trademarks, they are not a copyright issue.
What about cars in your bakgrounds? Ford emblem? You are not violating their trademark by showing them in your film. Normally trademarkks are blurred or not shown due to them not agreeing to pay a fee to have them shown.KB

Take your PDF to Kinkos and have them print it double sided in a loose leaf binder. Pages lay flat.

Making money on it has nothing to do with it being legal to use it.

Have not neede to use it yet. Just aware of it as I am a WEVA member. I understand that it is in the proccess of lining up some good music.
