Hey,
Apply these effects and play with the settings:
Channel Mixer (here are my settings, in order: 78 – 37 – 74 – -14 – -4 – 100 – 27 – -9 – 43 – 25 – 77 – -3 ).
Curves (boost the luminosity)
Hue/Saturation (play with the saturation)I just tried it and it was simply perfect.

Yep. And you could simply add Distort > Transform too and create your own preset and put it in the middle right window (Effects and Presets window) so you could just pick it up and put it right on your layer.
