If you mean you lost the serial number(s) of your Vegas software, go to https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ (“My Account”), log in and click “My Products”. If you have installed and registered the program(s), you would find the serial number(s) there.

Try unchecking Audio Bus Track in View menu. (Shortcut B)

Build 148 is the last one for Vegas Movie Studio 14 Platinum, so no updates.
You probably need to Expand Track Keyframes on the TM’ed track and Add Position Point (right-click) at the start of the event you’re losing your resize. -
Check the title track’s Compositing Mode. Click the “Hamburger” (3 lines, no cheese, lettuce or pickle) button to Edit Visible Button Set to see more buttons in the Track Header.
