Look at the Track Header. You can see an M and an S. S means a Track will be the ONLY seen Preview.

Check the title track’s Compositing Mode. Click the “Hamburger” (3 lines, no cheese, lettuce or pickle) button to Edit Visible Button Set to see more buttons in the Track Header.
