Window not showing for Chroma Keyer settings
Hi. I’ve looked everywhere to find a solution. But, I’ve had no luck.
When I add the chroma key to a video, it normally shows a window that shows the Low and High threshold. It did this the first few times I tried it.
However, this window no longer appears when I drop the chroma keyer onto the video.
I’ve tried VIEW>WINDOW LAYOUTS>DEFAULT LAYOUT. But, that didn’t work.
I tried OPTIONS>PREFERENCES>DEFAULT ALL. Still didn’t work.
If anyone knows how to solve this problem. Please let me know.

Hi Joe,
Have you reset Vegas? Hold down the ‘Shift+Ctrl’ keys and then left double click on the Vegas Pro desktop icon. Check the box ‘Delete all cached application data’, then click on ‘Yes’. This will reset Vegas Pro back to the original installation parameters and setting and also delete any cached data which may be confusing Vegas.
I see no way to hide those featured of the chroma keyer FX, so maybe the reset will help.
