It sounds like you have the means to achieve one or the other. Why not combine the single results?
1. Take the audio from time remapping in AE.
2. Take the vision from Time Warp.
3. Spit it out as a finished clip or Use Dynamic Link in PPro.I know you are frustrated, but there is no magic plugin for the results you want. You will have to work with what exists and blend them. Slow-mo speed-up is an effect and not a simple thing to do.

Don’t deinterlace, that will lose have the image info.
The field dominance could be the wrong way around, odd first instead of even. You need to match the way the footage has been captured and edited in.
I’d just use the same preset you used for export and switch the field order…

The waving look is probably the interlacing of the video. 60i means interlaced. there is a field odd and even and they are slightly delayed from one another, giving a wavy look. It’s normal. How does the DVD look on a TV?

It’s called rotoscoping. It’s not green screen or keying. It’s tracing around every single frame of video to mask out the skateboard and replace the ground and other elements that cross it’s path such as rails. Sorry my friend this will take a long time to do and to make it look as good as that clip will take time and cloning of floor, faking shadows etc – some great skills. Awesome way to learn the skills tho.

The effect to use for multiply or screen or overlay, etc is called compound arithmetic.
Follow the effects properties as I suggested in prev post to get the effect working.

It’s called “compound arithmetic”. Set the layer you want to affect (second source) and pick the operator (screen, multliply…etc)
