June 19, 2008 at 11:54 pm in reply to: 16:9 Scaled for a 4:3 Top of Image FlickersThat ain’t a bad work around, but in the case of my footage it won’t work cause the back bar is wobbly-ing so much that it is covering over heads that are in the frame. I’m already losing too much of my image. this shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

Cool, thanks guys. I did do a search for “audio gain” didn’t find anything in this forum though.
Gonna use the master gain slider. Thanks again!
I never did find that audio gain filter. Looked through the names of all the audio filters too, but nothing. Is that a new filter that is in version 6 only?

Cool, thanks Mylenium, I’ll check out the prefs and see if it changes anything.

Wish they had a random seed attribute that I could set to 0!

Well basically the effect is on an adjustment layer and there is a lot of moving parts going on below that adjustment layer. I mean take roughen edges for example, I want something like that. I mean if I add roughen edges to an adjustment layer it will effect everything below, but it won’t wiggle around and animate. You know what I mean? I’m not being clear.

December 14, 2006 at 11:24 pm in reply to: Export Audio Track to multiple aiff files for audio CDThat is what I have been doing, but I was hoping there would be an automated way similar to dvd chapters, but the markers would export tracks. Make sense? Can it be done? Thanks for your help!

I tried to fool around with the text path settings, but all that seems to do is write along the contour of the path. I am trying to have the text fill up the shape of the mask. Say I had a triangle mask, the text would fill it up in the shape of a triangle from the top point to the bottom base, the lines of text getting wider and wider as it goes down. Does that make sense, can this be done with path text? Just curious. Thanks!

Mylenium,
What is this Conoa 3D you speak of? I tried looking it up, but not sure what it is. Is it a plugin? Thanks!

I think there are many ways to go about what you are wanting, but you need to be more specific as to what the look or way you are representing the noise meter. Then options can be presented.

One other quick thought after looking at the footage and fooling around with a tracker real quick, if you look at the behavior of the tracker, it pretty much follows a straight line. And they all will, since the camera is locked and the truck is going in a straight line. Really all you have to do is find the vanishing point of the truck and you could make guide lines for that vanishing point and use those as a means to animate the corner pins along. Does that make sense?
