Hi there, what sort of rectangle are you talking about? A selection or perhaps a shape?
With a selection you can modify the selection Select/Modify/Smooth
With a shape you can of course make a ‘Rounded Rectangle’ or if you have made a standard rectangle then in the Properties panel you can alter the Corner radius, either for all corners or individual corners, this still functions as it did in previous versions. Is there any chance you are working in a different workspace or customised layout that you cannot see those options?

Well in theory yes. But i’ve never tried it so perhaps a test on a shorter render will be the best way of finding out!

There’s several funky text transitions in there and well worth browsing in Bridge if you’re not familiar with them:)

You should try using Adobe Media Encoder.
If you set up your Premiere Pro project with a ‘place holder’ (temp version of your render), then in After Effects tell it to Export over your place holder render.
Once that’s set off rendering you then send your Premiere Pro Project to the Media Encoder also.As it will be second in the Queue, it won’t start rendering until the After Effects comp is rendered, which would have replaced your ‘place holder’ file with the final render. What you get is your final Edit with the final render, all while you sleep!
(You could also get your Premiere Pro render to go direct to YouTube/Vimeo account with a password so not only does it render the sequence but also upload it, hopefully before the sun rises.
Hope that helps;)

Hi there, you can get a plug-in for this but if you want to do it manually can copy the clip and on the copy use the Flip effect (Vertical Flip & Horizontal Flip) and then position the clips next to each other so they are mirrored. (Best to do this with the clips at full size and then bring the result into your main edit as a nested comp.)
However, it’s probably still faster sending it to After Effects and back;)

Hi there, not totally clear on what you are saying when you say ‘trace’ and ‘e3d’ and assign the custom masks and extrude.
3D comps like this are unfortunately not that simple so I created this one as simple as possible. It depends what you want to animate but if you move the Camera layer through the tunnel all the 3D layers will respond to the movement.John Williams

February 11, 2020 at 10:15 am in reply to: Creating 3d tunnel for an absolute beginnerHi there, here’s a link to the project file.
As it’s built in the Cinema 4D renderer in After Effects i’d recommend working in the ‘Fast Draft’ mode when animating as it is much faster.
You will see 5 comps just to show the different stages. Stages 4 & 5 are the more finished ones. Please not it’s been created in CC2020 so won’t open in earlier versions.

February 10, 2020 at 12:32 pm in reply to: Ease in individual objects using Plane EffectorHi there, this sounds like you simply need to add a ‘delay effector,’ that will give you some ‘easing’ to the motion of each object:)
Hope that helps, any questions please reply.
