Open Track Motion and at the bottom is a little mini-timeline with all of the keyframes. Drag your mouse over all of them to highlight them. Then you can copy and paste them into another track even if it’s in another project.
Nested projects do not have to be rendered. If you have Vegas Pro (6, 7 & 8), you can drag and drop a project (.veg) file onto the timeline and it will be treated just like another piece of media. To edit it, you can right-click and it will give you an option to edit the nested project in a new instance of Vegas. This is not supported in the Movie Studio versions.
