Third, I believe it’s there to cover themselves in case someone uses their software to pirate movies. At least they can say that they said the software was not to be used for that purpose and that the pirate was in violation of the EULA so Sony cannot be held accountable.
Fourth, you mileage may vary, void where prohibited by law, do not try this at home.
