If you don’t know about those other utilities you probably don’t have them. You would have had to buy them because Windows doesn’t have a defrag or backup that runs in the background by default.
What was the main error? That would have been all in CAPS at the top of the screen. Something like: IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN or something like that. At the bottom of the screen would have been a filename with a STOP error like (nvscrd.sys STOP 0x0000005,xxx…) Those are the important pieces of information you need to find this. Google for them and see what it says.
