Predator Effect
I remember reading a post regarding recreating the predator(chameleon) effect about a year ago, but have not been successful in finding the original post. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m using 6.0

There is a tutorial here on the Cow called The Invisible Cape that was done in After Effects. You could do this in Vegas using a displacement map just like in AE. Basically, you would isolate your predator using chroma key and then use them to drive a displacement map on your background so that they displace the background with their moving form.
