If the setting is turned off, paste works correctly.
If it is on, motion settings don’t get included in pastes. -

If you send the clip to Audition, you can use its time stretch feature to play with this and see if you can improve it.

Interesting. Is your 30p sequence true 30fps or is it 29.97?
My feeling was that since 90 does not divide by 29.97 evenly, that there might be an issue. Guess that may have been wrong. I don’t have any 90fps footage to test, but what you suggested should show whether it works or not.

I’ve wondered that myself. I examined and compared files encoded using both settings and they appear and behave identically.

I’ve since found a pretty decent tutorial/intro/explanation video…and yes…it is just as powerful as the Avid version.
I was unaware of the Premiere concept of Shared Projects existing within a Master Project…which is different from the way Avid does it, but it seems just as flexible….possibly, even more so.

If its like you describe, that is not Avid like at all. All Avid users normally have read/write access to the PROJECT regardless of who opened it first. When it comes to BINS (and sequences contained within them), the one who had it open first has full write access, with others having read only. The way Adobe is doing this really limits collaboration on the same project. Multiple editors will still have to maintain their own project rather than work simultaneously within the same one.
