Timecode can be displayed in a text track in QuickTime Player, but FCP does not support it, so it won’t show in FCP.

If you need to get rid of it, you can open in QuickTime player, then in the properties, delete the text track.

You have eliminated more than half the frames in the clip. That’s why the data rate is lower.

There were 59.94 frames in one second before. Now there are only 23.98 frames in one second.

The Sony JH3 can add pulldown. I’ve had to hook one up on top of its big brother to do the job in the past.

The HDW-1800 needs an optional card to add pulldown, which may or many not be installed. Check your menus.

Why would it look slo motion. 60fps and 59.94 fps are essentially the same speed.

I am more familiar with media composer and symphony. Perhaps there is some limitation in Xpress Pro that I am unaware of. or perhaps it’s the version.
