“ATI/AMD Radeon cards tend to support OpenCL better than NVIDIA so your performance might not be as good as an AMD card.”

I understand that was some time ago, perhaps Nvidias OpenCl has got better over the years?

I don’t have any axe to grind, Amd/Nvidia. Do you have any recent benchmarks that show AMD is still better at OpenCL than Nvidia, or is this just hearesay?

The hevc files I imported are .mp4, from Samsung NX500, I imported FHD & 4K hevc versions aok.

Also exported to hevc from a h264 timeline ok.

So maybe it’s a container issue?

Forgot to say its not a trial version, although at times it is a bit of a trial

That may well be the case, I am still not sure if I unlocked Mercalli on both laptop and desktop, prior to re-installing v14 a second time. Problem appeared after reinstalling v14. So could be Mercalli saw it as 3rd go. I sent similar query to Mercalli, they also have a phone number, if i’m desperate!

I had a look on Prodad site, like you, I just don’t know what their policy on number of installs/activations is. Its a great program/plugin for sure. Thanks.

    Hi Laszlo,
Pluraleyes can also be used standalone, outside of SVP, so if Magix don’t get their act together in integrating Pluraleyes then the standalone is an option. It’s such an important add-on that I’m confident that they will eventually. Hope ver. 14 gives proper support for modern graphics cards, in render as well as playback.

Thanks for the quick response, so the free trial is the latest build. I’ve bought the xtra svp 13 so as to be elegible for magix pro 14, (or whatever they may call it) so I’ll just stay with the last Sony build. I have Pluraleyes and don’t want to wreck it. Thanks.
