    Hi,
Anyone knows from where it is possible to download DVD Architect?
I mean the version that’s the pair of Vegas14.
I would like to try it, but I can’t find it…
…and can’t render audio to ac3 pro until I find?

    Thanks in advance

    Best regards

    Are you implying VP14 doesn’t have AC3?

    Hi,

Of course it can render as AC3 studio. (still better than nothing 🙂 )
Only after installing DVD Architect, AC3 pro gets available, this was the same for Vegas pro 10 /DVDA 5.2 and then Vegas 13 / DVDA 6.0.
AC3 pro gives more control on render settings, normalization level, data rate, number of channels, etc, which AC3 studio does not. (In fact AC3 studio does not give any control).
So if I need (and surley I’m going to need) to create a DVD from a Vegas14 project, I will need a DVD Architect…

Forget it, I just (2 minutes ago) got the mail with my serials.
It includes a link to a downloader similar to the trial downloader, but this one also downloads DVD architect.
The sender was news@magix.net (just in case someone needs finetune his spam filter :)) )

    The sad news:
AC3 pro is gone. Despite DVD Architect installed and activated, still not present 🙁

You have to register it on the MAGIX website first with the serial number, then you can download it.

For Mercali, you can download it from the Mercali website, then activate those when you use the plug-in.

Haven’t figured out how to do Titler Pro yet. Can’t find that program on NewBlue website and so far, I can’t seem to register it on MAGIX.

When I asked this I still didn’t have any Magix serial, and I wanted to access DVDA 7 trial.
Now I have serials, and can access the fully functional suite, so this topic is obsolete :))

    Oh, I see.

This is so weird because I just got the numbers and was not able to find DVDA, Mercali, or New Blue anywhere in the download. I didn’t download the Suite option, but the Vegas Pro option, and it was supposed to be included with them. I have everything working now except the New Blue plug-in. Kind of weird how this whole thing is playing out.

    Thanks.

In that mail (for me) there’s a download link, an it points to a downloader, which is similar to that what the trial downloads. But this one gets all the stuff…
