All settings were identical, try a test for yourself. I took a pro-rez movie, placed it both programs and let them go. There is a difference on my machine, what about yours?

I received audio stems from Pro Tools, I tried creating a surround sound mix AS3 file in compressor as well as placing the 6 tracks in FCP and creating a Blu-Ray disk from there. Both ways produced a Dolby digital mix but with no center channel.,
You are not going crazy, I had a similar problem and after hours of troubleshooting the only solution that I’ve found was to turn off “Mirror on Desktop” when laying off. Rudy at AJA is aware of the problem and when I last spoke to him he said he was going to talk to the engineers about it. I hope this helps.
