If you have the Professional version of AE you can try the Color Stabilize effect, which is designed to remove flicker and equalize exposure.

To view all of the keyframes applied to a layer select the layer and press the U key on the keyboard.

Those attributes won’t control the 3D stroke, only the solid to which the stroke is applied. 3D Stroke has it’s own parameters.

Duplicate the effect and that gives you another 8 sets then just delete the objects you don’t need.

Click on the “Collapse Transformations” switch for the precomp layer which looks like a little black sun. This will give you what you’re after.
