You might look at the DuDuF IK & Animation Tools(creates Rigs with puppet tool), but I’m think that would be a real long shot in this case.

To get it to roll to the same clip, use the Distort-Offset effect. To roll to another clip, move the second clip down, parent first clip to 2nd, animate 2nd clip into position.

Create a white solid, it will be black in the areas that the spotlight doesn’t hit and be white where it’s lit up.

I would go to the site FreeSound and search for “whoosh” for the sound of the words coming in. And “thud”, “hit” or “impact” for when they land into place.

Put it on a turntable, perfect the lighting and rotate it. To do it all on the computer, I think you would want to create it in C4D, & composite it in AE, but IMO that’s a ton more work than just shooting it.

Duplicate your video layer and place that below the keyed layer. Now use the keyed layer as a track matte for the original layer by changing the lower layer’s track matte to to “Alpha Matte”

Do you have depth of focus turned on from the camera? You can change that by double-clicking the camera and unchecking the DOF box.
