Just a matter of taking a high resolution shot and composite it into the tablet. Then you parent the tablet shot to the smaller shot, then scale the small shot to full screen. You may need to animate a mask, but that’s basically all there is to it.

Just do all your audio work in a precomp, bring that into your main comp and use that as your audio source layer for the audio spectrum effect.

Without reworking everything I would duplicate the final comp, mask out the area that you want to play, and then move this layer in the time line to play when needed.

I think you will need to use some sort of distort effect like CC Cylinder. You might also need to precomp your text first, mask in a precomp as the bottle turns to effect the final Cylinder effect.
If you know C4D, it might be easier to just apply your text to a cylinder there, copy the AE camera to C4D, then rotate the cylinder. Then the text will disappear as it turns. Then you could composite it all in AE.
