What file format should I save my stills as for inport to after effects?. They are currently PSD’s that I make up to 17 x 26 limited edition prints for art galleries.

What would be the next composition size up for better quality than D1/DV 720×486 (.09) ?

There is a likely hood that this DVD will be shown at galleries.

I’m speaking of layer masks. Alpha channel, lumination, mask animation.

Ok I will be animating still photos. So I did a test and got the flicker. Then I applied the gausian blur effect at just 1.0. It stopped the flicker. Since I did not want a blurred photo once it parked full screen- one frame before the park I added a key frame keeping the blur at 1.0 and the next fey one frame later blur effect at 0.0.So there are two key frames side by side one frame apart. I have not looked at this on a TV just a computer monitor. Will this flicker be gone in the parked photo once viewed as a DVD played on a TV?

You may find some sound effects at some of the lease music rights sites.

I’ve been trying to help people in their efforts to improve the gravel roads near my home. It looks like they will have to take the roads completely down to their base, rebuild and then add the new surface to make the improvements. Like gotta tear it all down to make it better, and that is a lotta work.

An After effects analogy-

What seems an obvious improvement in After Effects that just isn’t happening may well mean –back to square one to do what has been suggested here.

i think this may be an important discussion. First, please pardon me, how many people here draw a check from Adobe? Ok, nuff said, I’m not a mean person.

I have posted a similar question on the combustion forum. It was brought up that it would not be a bad idea to be fluent in both programs. I am very new to this animation compositing thang. My first week was spent with combustion and I was pretty much baffled. I have created in lightwave and professional photography video.

Somewhere/time while working with combustion, at the level of an intelligent aborigine, I felt there was some real horsepower there. I go alot on feelings, usually does me good.

I think the best way to help offset your financial drain is to simply buy Adobe stock (ADBE). That way as they periodically upgrade each individual component of Video collection the share price will go up in a exponential fashion due to the increased revenues of multiple individual upgrades. i.e Golden Parachute (See board of Directors)
