No, not the project – the transition material (i.e., the video that contains a frame grab of the menu, followed by a transition to a clip or another menu, etc) – that transition clip must be made in AE or Premiere. In the Disc properties, Set Subtitle should be the subtitle track you want displayed 2. You might want to try using Flash itself. It’ll be a lot more work (a LOT, LOT more work), but you’ll have full control over everything.
