my AutoSave_10 file was from Sept 8,
and my AutoSave_8 file was from Today 9:17amJoe

Did you try the drop-down selection in the lower left corner of the Program Window called Select Zoom Level? It shows up as a percentage, __%.

Try exporting as a Quicktime/ProRes first, then use that file in Media Encoder to make the YouTube file.

Duplicate the clip in a track above your original. Use the crop tool to trim down to the part you need. Then you can enlarge and rotate is separately.

August 10, 2015 at 2:54 pm in reply to: Strange Artifacting/Glitching on All MPEG-DVD EncodesWe cleared up some artifacting in ME by changing it to 1 pass instead of 2 pass encoding. We didn’t notice a major change in quality or file size.

I’m using an old 2010 MacPro running CC2014 and have never run in to any problems with the eyedropper in UltraKey, which I use on every project. Maybe it’s related to the video processor/card. Have you checked for updates to the card?

Use the Red Giant VHS look and play around with the controls to get the look you want.

July 23, 2015 at 12:56 pm in reply to: Can you only mark one in and out in the source window? To make a sub clip; Select your in and out points in the source monitor, from the Clip menu at the top choose Make Subclip… (Command U).
If you have placed a clip in the timeline and want to see the original in and out in the source monitor, park the time cursor anywhere on the clip you want in the timeline, click once on the clip to select it, hit “f” on the keyboard. This will show your original edit in the Source Monitor.
