Strange Artifacting/Glitching on All MPEG-DVD Encodes
Hey Guys,
If you look at the picture you will see a line of artifacts on the right shoulder of this guy. Only when I encode to MPEG-DVD does this happen and has happened on other projects recenty. The artifacts remind me of tracking issues you might see on a VHS which is quite odd. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have quite a few deadlines coming up this week!

We cleared up some artifacting in ME by changing it to 1 pass instead of 2 pass encoding. We didn’t notice a major change in quality or file size.
