    right now I have it set to NTSC and AJA Kona 10 bit uncompressed. Which is what I set it back to in an effort to get SD to work. I have used several different setups. Also, in the past when I would injest video via the AJA box the video would not appear on the monitor, now when I use log and capture and import video with the AJA box I see the video as it is coming in on the monitor.

    We had another P6000 die in our G5 which has 10.4 on it. We have an older Media 100i running on a G3 we no longer use. We put the card from the G3 in the G5. The G3 was running version 7.5 and I guess the key is from that version. Can we buy a key that will unlock the old P6000 to run in the G5 with version 8.2.2? Thanks for your help. Jim

    The test doesn’t work either. I’m thinking the system doesn’t see the Media 100 board. Thanks for your help. We’ll have to call support.

    I tired reinstalling and reseating the boards and it is still not working. I do notice that when I try to open Media 100i the info in the opening window is gone. Name, Company, and serial number. Any thoughts? Would calling Media 100 service going to help?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I have deleted the preferences more than once. When I run the test program I get an error message that says RCD or RDC is almost full – abort

    I trashed the preferences and Media100 is working fine again!

    Is there an error message?
    The screen darkens and the message says to restart the computer.

    Is it crashing during the audio portion of the export?
    If so, does video only work?

    After your questions I was able to export just the video. Then when I tried to export just the audio the computer crashed.
