Put a new color layer on top of the airplane. Cut the animated masks from the airplane layer and paste them into the color layer above.

There are many resources on the web. Try doing a google search for “free stick photos,” etc.
You can also go to many stores and buy the million+ image collections for less than $40, and don’t forget all the folks on eBay selling their disks of photos for few $$$.

Or select the black area in Photoshop and save selection into a new channel. Do not name the new channel–it will automatically be labelled ALPHA. Save and import into AE and use it as a track matte source.

Fastest result will be from a 3D app where you can fold the plane that the photo is mapped to.

Export them as PDF from other apps and try to open in Illustrator (CS + CS2 use pdf as the native file format).
