I was looking for the Keyer in Lumetri Color but can’t find it. I’m running CC2015.

well what i do is to make a “bin unused” in the project pane. then go to “edit” “remove unused” then hit undo and all the unused clips will be highlighted. then drag the highlighted clips to “bin unused”. now you have a bin used and a bid unused.

i tried sync lock and it worked fine.
4 video tracks and 1 audio track.
shift-click sync lock in both video and audio tracks
click sync lock for the track you want to extract audio or video.
mark your in and out.
hit extract. -
You could lock the tracks you don’t want to be affected.

You could select a clip in the timeline and hit “Match Frame”. That will call up the master clip in the Source monitor, then with audio only selected in the timeline, hit “Overwrite”.

i will “fit to fill” a clip and then use AUPitch to correct the pitch of the voice. it’s very easy.

about 29.97 frame rate, i would Google “drop frame timecode vs non drop frame” and that will explain things better.

i found what you are talking about frustrating also…so i made a default folder named “HOLDING TANK” and i know that always premiere will place my .mov’s in the same place. it’s an ok work-around for me.
