How to make this ocean water look more blue, without affecting actor.
Hey all,
I shot a video for a client, and don’t want to disappoint them. The beach I chose turned out to be kinda dirty and we started shooting too late. I wanted blue water and bright colors but no luck.
So I’d like to know if there’s a way to make this water look more blueish without turning the actor into a smurf. I tried a mask but it didn’t look the best.

If you use the Keyer in Lumetri Color, you should be abel to get a pretty decent key off the water to isolate it and make it whatever blue you fancy without affecting the character.

I was looking for the Keyer in Lumetri Color but can’t find it. I’m running CC2015.

Its the HSL Secondary pane. Its not actually called Keyer in the interface.

You do have to open the HSL Secondary pane to see the Key parameter…which is what I should have wrote….
