Lay a thin bit of black over the right side. Not a cure but you won’t see the glitch.

I have an export preset that is fast and works great. A 30 second spot is small enough to be emailed. If client is looking for shot and logo placement then this works.
Attached is example 30 commercial and the preset.

Perhaps your time code is in non-drop frame instead of drop frame. Or vice versa.

grab the TOOLS window in the very upper left corner and drag it back where it belongs.

Type your text. Apply a blur. Apply a box mask on the blur. Animate the mask to reveal the clean text.

I have had that error. I disabled each track one by one. i would start with the top track and hit render. if it failed then it was not track one…..on and on until you disable a track and all renders properly. then the clips on that track have an issue.

Select the part you want to do the size change. Click on SOURCE TEXT. Adjust the size using the slider. The slider in pre-set on 100.

Try downloading HANDBRAKE….it’s free. Run your clip thru handbrake before putting it into Premiere.

Or do as i do. when editing a spot and i want to store my text, i create a separate sequence that i call “text storage”. then i copy and paste my text from my commercial to “text storage”.
then when editing a new commercial i can “pancake” the “text storage? sequence on top of my new commercial timeline and drag and drop text from “text storage” down to my new commercial. It works great. Give it a shot.
