First you have to create new roles, then assign those roles to clips. You can edit the colors in the role editor (the same place you create new roles).

No, that’s how it works. You’ll have to select and change the role of the clips in the timeline separately. You can select all the clips, right click and change the audio role in a batch pretty easily.

You’d have to find it in Motion Template > Generators. Or look for a .motn file with a VW20 INVITE name. You might be able to find it In the Motion Projects > Autosave Vault folder as well.

Bummer. I was hoping there would be some sort of residual left over to modify. I think the only way to restore this is to find the generator you made (probably in Motion) in a Time Machine or similar, backup.

On the top right corner there’s a series of icons. Click on the generator icon (looks like a 2pop next to the little filmstrip) to show the controls in the inspector.

But what does the clip say in both the title and when you clip on it (the clip inside the cc).

It’s a Generator. Open (double click) the compound clip and see what’s inside.

How are you getting the image to your TV with the washed out picture?
