Finally got it to work. After many uninstall and reinstalls it finally came up with a new screen asking if I wanted to update the firmware. Did this and it was detected by Windows and now works. But why did it take so long for this to appear?

Alex. I have tried that, renaming everything and it still hangs, so can’t even save as. Read somewhere else about having too many timelines open.

Thanks but I really don’t have access to a Mac. I tried importing into a new project but get an error message ‘an adobe dynamic link error occurred’.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I should have said that the clip is a few seconds long and is the bride walking up the aisle not just her face so it means correcting the darkness over her whole body not just the face.
